Please see the below updates on South Africa's covid-19 restrictions, effective 23 March 2022:

For our Swiss Tourists, we would like to draw your attention to International Travel, whereby proof of vaccination is now accepted for travel to South Africa. If you are not vaccinated, a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours from time of departure is still required.
